Meet Your Teachers *
I’ve been practicing yoga since 2013, and it’s been a total game-changer for my body, mind, and spirit. Now, as a certified 200-hour yoga instructor, I’m excited to share this practice with you!
With 7 years as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, helping them move safely, build strength, and improve daily function. I bring that same holistic, body-smart approach to my yoga classes—blending mindful movement, accessibility, and self-care so everyone can feel empowered on their mat.
My classes are all about fun, growth, and good vibes. Whether you’re rolling out your mat for the first time or have been flowing for years, we’ll move, breathe, laugh, and build strength together. Come as you are, and let’s make yoga a little lighter, brighter, and a lot more groovy. 🧘♀️✨
About
Morgan
Studio owner ~ COTA since 2018 ~ 200hr YTT 2025
After back surgery in 2008, I discovered yoga while searching for ways to rebuild my strength. What started as therapy quickly became a passion—helping me listen to my body, breathe deeply, and move with intention.
In 2020, I moved to Bland, VA, and decided to share that passion by becoming a teacher. My classes focus on stretching, slowing down, and reconnecting with your body—no matter your age or experience level.
When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me hiking to waterfalls with my dogs and soaking in the beauty of nature.
Yoga is not about touching your toes—it’s about what you learn on the way down.– Jigar Gor
