All daily tasks are 15 minutes or less (minus the weekly class) — intentionally small and easily achievable.
These bite-sized practices are proven to help build healthy, sustainable habits over time.

Virtual Weekly Check-ins

Stay supported, grounded & connected:
• Day 1 Zoom Check-In + Yoga Class
• Midway Zoom Check-In + Mini Yoga Class
• Final Zoom Check-In + Yoga Class
(Will be recorded if you can’t make scheduled time)
